What a piece would earn, on which channel, at what volume. Costs start from what has actually been measured — the Hebei landed cost, the real packing recipes, the real fee rates. Override one and it stops being measured, and the row says so.

Own-site scenarios are reading high. No shipping labels have been imported, so the model credits the shipping customers pay and subtracts nothing for the labels you buy. Import the Shippo export on the Import screen and these correct themselves — expect own-site contribution to fall by roughly the price of a label.
